Being able to negotiate effectively is a necessity for modern life. Whether the bargaining dynamic involves the teenager trying to get the keys to the family car, a kindergarten student angling for a trip to an ice cream parlor, or debating a rate for reimbursement for health care services, fair and effective negotiating can ensure that different interests are blended into an acceptable and hopefully favorable outcome for all parties. In Session 3, Stacey Lee - Associate Professor of Law at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School - talks about how to blend distributive and integrated approaches to negotiations.
