They stand ready at all times to treat patients with highly infectious diseases while ensuring our healthcare workers and the surrounding community stays safe. Originally built to provide treatment for patients with Ebola, the Johns Hopkins BCU is leading the response of Johns Hopkins in treating COVID-19 patients, while simultaneously preparing for the next possible pandemic.
