ABOUT THE BOOK
Cowboys & Conductors: Conversations on Horseman-Humanship has been described as a business book about life and a life book about business for both CEOs in the workplace and young children in the schoolyard trying to figure out relationships.
Hailed by Readers' Favorite as "...one of the most inspiring books on leadership...for anyone who needs...guidance in their day-to-day lives," this book has been helping people understand how to communicate with others through simple yet impactful philosophies of Meeting People Where They Are, allowing people to Move Their Feet, and empowering them to work through this post black-and-white world by providing them with a foundational framework we call GREY LEADERSHIP®.
As the author of the Foreword, Beyonce's dad and executive producer, Mathew Knowles, says that after reading Cowboys & Conductors, "You'll want to be a better person and team player not only for yourself, but for your colleagues and loved ones too."
